The Big Island Film Office

The Big Island Film Office, as part of the County of Hawaii Department of Research and Development, was established to promote and market the Big Island as a film destination to filmmakers worldwide and to provide a resourceful environment for productions while assuring regard for the people and environment of the Big Island.

We recommend all productions contact the Film Office so we can ensure a smooth production from start to finish.

With Aloha,
